On our tour, we will cross the Samaná Bay by motorboat, and board a Safari truck to reach the ranch from which we will depart to El Limón Waterfall on horseback. We will enter a beautiful tropical forest to reach the impressive 40-meter-high waterfall, in which we can bathe to cool off.
Then we will go back to the port of Samaná, from where we will sail until we reach Cayo Levantado (Bacardà Island), a small island with crystal clear turquoise waters in the Bay of Samaná.

Cayo Levantado (or Bacardi Island) is a small island of only one km in length located in front of the Bay of Samaná, in the wildest area of the Dominican Republic. Cayo Levantado is also known as Bacardà Island, thanks to a 1970 Rum commercial that attracted many tourists.
On this visit, you will discover abundant vegetation, coconut palms, and marine fauna and flora, but you will also get to know one of the best in Samaná; Cayo Levantado Beach. A beach of fine white sand, waters with great visibility and different shades of blue, colorful tropical fish, starfish, and conches very close to the shore.
You will also find different craft shops that sell black coral, amber, blue amber, and Larimar, a semi-precious stone from the Dominican Republic. This visit is part of the tour itinerary, to give a great closure to a tour full of emotions and activities.
Lemon Waterfall We will visit this majestic waterfall 40 meters high and whose water remains fresh throughout the year. You can cool off in the pond, meet native plants, such as the white cigua or the royal palm, or enjoy impressive views from the viewpoint of La Estación de El Limón.
To get to the waterfall we will do it on a horseback ride, through the tropical jungle. The ride is at a leisurely pace, and a horse caretaker per person will accompany us If there has been raining the days before the tour, the path to the waterfall is usually very muddy
